Deepak Fasteners buys Unbrako product line

Industrial Distribution staff -- Industrial Distribution, 8/11/2008 2:11:00 PM

Deepak Fasteners Ltd. acquired the Unbrako line of socket screws from SPS Technologies for an undisclosed amount.

Deepak said the deal, which includes a distribution center in Australia and a plant in Shannon, Ireland, will see it expand the brand and upgrade the Unbrako Web site.

Interfast Inc. will continue to distribute Unbrako screws in North America.
