Bosch buys Asian laser level manufacturer

Bosch acquired Hong Kong-based laser leveling products maker RoboToolz Ltd. for an undisclosed amount.The German power tools manufacturer said the deal expands its reach into the global measuring tools market.
"In acquiring RoboToolz, we are continuing our growth course in the promising segment of measuring tools," Bosch Power Tools division president Uwe Raschke said. "This segment has huge global potential. We want to exploit it."
